HISTORIA

1965
The Sarasa brothers founded the original company of Industrias Hersa S.A. in the La Química district of Zaragoza (Spain), dedicated to the manufacture of construction machinery and equipment under the Inhersa brand.
Inhersa
1966
The first jib crane for a 500Kg load is launched on the market, with both electric and thermal motor operation.
1968
Manufacture starts on the Inhersa GT-10, a small manually assembled tower crane for small builders.
1973
The factory moves to Polígono Insider in La Cartuja in Zaragoza (Spain) to deal with the exponential growth of the market and the development of new product lines.
1982
The first hoist-type lifting gear is manufactured and marketed for 300Kg, with the name Inhersa Eleva-3.
1995
New facilities are opened in El Burgo de Ebro for the manufacture of lifting and cutting sections. The first hydraulic self-erecting crane is launched on the market this year.
1998
As a result of specialisation, the initial factory is divided into 2 independent units. EURO CRANE S.A. is founded, specialising in lifting equipment (cranes and hoists) and cutting machines, which are still marketed under the Inhersa brand.
Euro Crane
1999
The range of self-erecting cranes is extended to larger equipment. New self-erecting crane models are designed under the names of Inhersa 18/20 and 18/22.
2004
Our self-erecting cranes reach 21m in height, with the Inhersa 21/27/100, 21/30/800 and 21/32/700 models.
2005
Our self-erecting cranes continue to grow to up to 22m in height with the Inhersa 22/25/700 and 20/27/650.
2006
The largest self-erecting crane is manufactured, with a 35m JiB, a maximum load of 4000Kg and a tip load of 1000Kg.
2007
Expansion of our factory in El Burgo de Ebro, increasing the manufacturing capacity from 4 to 6 bays, and adding new offices to house the technical, administrative and commercial team.

Launch of the first tower crane, with a 50m JiB.

The first exports to Latin American and African markets begin.
2008
The international crisis hits the company. It is decided to dispense with the manufacture of tower cranes, specializing in self-erecting cranes.

The first GT-10 trailer-mounted self-erecting crane is launched, towed by a light vehicle. The mobile range is extended to other self-erecting cranes.

The term MiDi Crane (also christened the crisis crane) appears, since its size and cost make it perfect for minor restoration work and rural environments.
2013
The first Rotator for telescopic handlers is designed and manufactured, with a utility model in Spain.
2014
Development and incorporation into our cranes of our own PLC-based automation and control systems.
2019
All our products are marketed under the MiDi CRANES® registered trademark.

A reorganization of ranges takes place, with the launch of a new communication, marketing and expansion strategy.
